Meet rusha

I'm Rusha, founder of R Aesthetics Co. I'm a Registered Nurse with over 13 years of clinical nursing experience, a Bachelor of Nursing and a Master of Health Service Management. That clinical background, including patient safety, evidence-based care and thorough assessment, shapes every consultation I run.

My interest in aesthetic medicine comes from wanting to help people feel at home n their skin while respecting what already makes them look like themselves. I don't work toward a single idea of "perfect", every treatment plan is built around your own features and goals, discussed openly at consultation, including what a treatment can realistically achieve and what the risks and recovery look like.

I continue ongoing professional development to stay current with evidence and technique in aesthetic nursing.
